Trent Graves, CNP, was born and raised in Hartford, SD. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Minnesota in Crookston, MN, and his Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of Sioux Falls, SD. He completed his Masters in Family Nurse Practitioner from Clarkson College in Omaha, NE. Trent is certified by the AANP, actively licensed in SD, and a member of the Nurse Practitioner Association of South Dakota. Trent joined Urology Specialists in 2018. His other interest include golfing, hunting, and farming.
