Hans Wagenaar, PA-C, was born and raised in Sheldon, IA. He earned his degree in Biology from Northwestern College in Orange City, IA, and his degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of South Dakota. He completed a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies with a Urology emphasis through the University of Nebraska. Hans is licensed in SD and MN and is certified by the NCCPA and CBUNA. He is a clinical professor and preceptor for the PA Studies program at the University of South Dakota. Hans joined Urology Specialists in 2000. He sees patients in Sioux Falls and Worthington, MN. Hans’ other interests include reading, fishing and playing with his kids.
