Urology Specialist seeks to add a full time, professional, motivated, and friendly CMA, LPN or RNto our busy team.

The CMA, RN, or LPN provides nursing care for patients of all ages following standards and practices in a structured care setting according to their education from an accredited school.  The CMA, LPN, or RN adheres to the policies and procedures established by the state and federal regulations.  Demonstrates knowledge of nursing principles for patients and possesses the ability to perform assessments of patients, in person and via telephone, interpret tests to assess data reflective of the patient's status and to provide the care needed. 

Clinic Full time-

The LPN or CMA rooms patients and reviews and obtains patient information per clinic policies and procedures.  Does patient teaching, assists in procedures, performs blood draws, gives injections, prepares medications for treatments, performs catheter changes, performs simple lab tests, voiding trials, completes paperwork, and enters data into the EMR system timely and accurately.  This individual must be able to work as an assistant, handling patient and hospital phone calls, walk-ins, and scheduling patients for testing & surgeries.  Ensures documentation has been gathered and distributed as necessary for office visits, procedures, surgeries or pre-authorizations as needed.  Sterilizes equipment and prepares procedure and exam rooms. This position may require travel to outreach sites as assigned,  and other duties as assigned by the, Director of Nursing, Administrator, and Providers. Work hours vary according to clinic schedules M-F.


Clerical Float

Urology Specialists is adding a Clerical Float to our busy healthcare team. ** Schedule will vary with hours between 7:30 - 5:30. ** M-F; No nights or weekends. This is a busy role covering several duties, so the right candidate will be professional, outgoing, positive, a quick learner and a hard worker. Ability to multi-task is extremely important. Must be willing to adapt and change direction throughout the day as needed. Duties include working in the following areas as determined by patient schedules and office need: *Clinic Front Desk Reception *Surgery Center Front Desk Reception *Telephone Reception *Medical Records


*HS diploma or GED required; Additional education preferred.
*Minimum of 1 year of front desk reception experience required.
*Medical office experience/EMR experience preferred.
*Knowledge of Word and Outlook with good keyboarding speed.
*Must enjoy working with patients in person/by phone.
*Must multitask and prioritize well.
*Must be accurate, detail-oriented and flexible.
*Must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
*Must work well with all clinicians and staff.
